Aktiv Assekuranz Makler GmbH belongs to Aktiv AG Dienstleistungen & Beteiligungen – a holding for a group of international insurance brokers. Aktiv AG bundles and coordinates the interests of associated companies and their clients, staff and suppliers with it’s own guidelines. The consequence of these relationships are reflected in the companies’ economic results.
We thus maintain an “active square”, in which customer relations, relationships with staff and suppliers and operating results have an impact on each other. The role of management is to balance the corners of this square to ensure that each individual company as well as the group as a whole attains a distinctive market position.
Our goal is stable long-term and mutually profitable customer relations.
The assertion “we put the client in the centre” is not just an advertising slogan for us, but rather the economic basis of our success on the market. The skills and commitment of the staff in a service providing company are pivotal to that company’s success. We employ our staff in areas in which their personal strength lie, and thus nurture their commitment.
As insurance broker and advisor we are also an intermediary between insurance companies and our clients. In order to be able to represent the interests of our customers, it is essential that we are accepted by the “other side” as a negotiating partner.
